Andrea's work in the consulting field began in the private sector where she was a research associate with a management consulting firm working in the financial services industry consolidation of the late 1980s.

Since then, Andrea has consulted with nonprofit and government entities; guided nonprofits through leadership transitions; launched Second Chances, a community-based nonprofit organization serving basic human needs; been a nonprofit CEO and a senior staff member in the nonprofit and public sectors; managed the restructuring of several departments and organizations; been a trusted advisor to boards and management of nonprofits, public agencies and small businesses; and served as a nonprofit board member, trustee and executive committee member.

Andrea holds an MBA from Boston University's Graduate School of Management with significant course work in public management, finance, and real estate as well as a BA cum laude from Smith College in psychology and sociology.

She frequently collaborates with other trusted specialists and respected consulting colleagues to provide the highest level of service and expertise to your organization.
